Yes. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment. Cats and Dogs Allowed. There are some breed restrictions on dogs. There is a $175 non-refundable pet fee for each registered pet and a $30 monthly pet rent fee for each pet.

Rent is due on the first of every month. We allow a 5 day grace period. Rent that is not received in our office by end of business on the 5th will be assessed a late fee. You can pay by check or money order at the management office. Credit cards can be used for an additional fee. Rent is considered to be paid when received by the office regardless of the postmark date. We do not accept cash or post-dated checks.

We do not have assigned parking spaces, but we do ask that you register any vehicle that will be staying on the property for a long period of time. Your guests are welcome to park on the property, we just ask that they leave the spaces in front of the buildings for our residents.

We pre-lease our apartments, so every year we set a renewal deadline for our current residents. You must come into the office and sign a renewal contract by the deadline in order to remain in your apartment the following year. If you do not renew, you will be scheduled to move out of your apartment at the end of your current lease.

Yes, decorative pictures/posters can be hung on the walls. Please do not use the sticky putty to hang anything. It is difficult to remove residue from walls and you could incur charges at move-out for removal.

Residents are allowed to paint their walls as long as they paint the walls back to the original color at move out.
